CharterLight Publishing
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what information CharterLight Publishing collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we use it to talk to you about books, and we do not sell it to anyone.
We only collect what you give us:
Our website host also records ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages were visited. This is standard for any website and is used to keep the site running and to understand roughly how it is being used.
We use your information to reply to you, to consider your manuscript, and to send you occasional emails about new books, new authors, and rediscovered ideas if you asked for them.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone who wants to market to you.
Our website and our email and form tools are run on GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores this information on our behalf. Service providers like this can only use the information to provide the service to us.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Use it any time and we will stop, no hard feelings.
What you send us through the submission form is read by the CharterLight team and is not shared outside CharterLight. We keep submissions on file so we can refer back to them, including ones we are not able to take on.
If you would like your submission deleted, email us and we will remove it.
This site uses cookies to make it work properly and to understand how it is used. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, though some parts of the site may not behave as expected if you do.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
